The Skullmage is summoned from the Purgatory rune, Level 2, under Necromancy. A skullmage is actually a wizard that lived in the old ages but tortured when they were alive. They commited suicide by hanging themselves. When you summon a skullmage, you could see there are ropes around its neck. Skullmages are powerful but they have low HP. They can attack only attack astral type familiars.
